Hey Everyone! I have a super fun new YouTube video up showing a really fun and inexpensive craft. Tassels! You can make these with tissue paper, but I decided to make them with plastic tablecloth (.97 ea at Walmart) instead so that they are more durable. They also come in lots of colors and are really easy work with!
They are very light and flowy and would be great for outdoor decor as well as indoor.
I used cute washi tape to bind the tassels which creates some additional whimsy and color.
Great for so many types of party decor!
